Tasked with delivering a national, geographically spread and varied programme of motorway safety and upgrade works for National Highways, the Alliance has adopted an integrated, collaborative approach that embraces Project 13 principles and contemporary thinking.
Through the development of common systems and processes, the Alliance is helping to transform delivery whilst making infrastructure safer, greener and evermore efficient for everyone.
